Wyatt was Sue's and my foster for six very sweet months. I was in love with that little guy. He was so entertaining how he played with the squeaky ball by himself if we would not throw it for him. Every night when I would put him to bed in his crate he would nuzzle that long nose under my chin for several minutes and I could feel him go completely limp because he did have to worry about that blue ball till morning.

Great name choice Dan! I've never known a dog named Wyatt before, but it really fits him. He's all personality and charm if you ask me. Sounds like Wyatt managed to touch the hearts of a few volunteers along the way.

Honestly, it's been impossible not to fall in love with each and every foster we've had. But Allan and I fell hard for Wyatt.

I was lucky enough to be the one who picked up Wyatt from the shelter. He was WAY underweight, but he was alert and active. I've got a few years experience in the show ring, and I took one look at him and said, "This guy is BEAUTIFUL! He should have been in the ring collecting his championship!" I'm SO glad to see him filled out and happy to know he's in a loving home.
Oh, yes. One more thing. He looked like he'd be a "take charge" kind of dog and would always come out on top, so I named him for one of my western heroes - Wyatt Earp.
